Losing Weight

I have been saying this so many times and right now I am going to do it. I don’t really have a plan but to watch my food intake and exercise as regularly as I can. So to make sure that I don’t stop halfway, I will write down my daily activites and food that I eat here just to remind me and for me to keep track. Wish me luck!
