Day 2: Losing Weight

Today’s breakfast is tuna toast. No butter. I try not to have any butter at all.


So that’s 3 slices of wholemeal bread. One cucumber before dinner. Last but not least, pan-fry chicken with butterhead and cherry tomatoes.


I try to eat dinner early and if I do get hungry at about 8pm, I will try by satisfying it with a glass of water. If it doesn’t work, some baked cashew nuts.
