Day 1: Losing Weight

Now I don’t really know what is the right way to lose weight but all I know is that I should watch what I eat and try to do lots of exercise. So today is the first day that I’m going to try to lose some weight. So I had an omelette with 2 slices of toasted bread for brunch and a seaweed tofu soup for dinner.


To be honest, I was a little hungry in betweeen the two meals, so I had a whole cucumber as a snack. Besides that I also try to drink as much water as I can possible. I guess I can say it’s not bad for a start. Woohoo!
