Today we went to Tao to celebrate Mom’s birthday. It is also the first time we went to Auto City. It was not too confusing thanks to my best friend’s directions.
As soon as we reach there, the place was rather nice. Lots and lots of eating places and my oh my there were lots of cars too. Our reservations were 8 but we reached there rather early, so we just walked around. Here are 2 shots of what other shops are there:

Overall, the place was clean and the service was good. Food came really fast and the waitress was rather patient with me as I asked her to explain the menu items to me. MYR50++ per person, I would say it’s really good.

When I was younger, I’ve always wanted to be a lawyer. Not many people know about this but whenever the teacher asked the students about their ambitions, I would always answer “I want to be a lawyer”. That was during my primary school days.
As I grew older, I thought about being a teacher. I was really determine to be one and when high school ended, I still held on to it. Mom and dad have lots of friends whom are teachers, and well, whenever I told them that I wanted to be one, the first reaction that I got would be “Nooooo….”. They told me that it’s hard work and if that doesn’t kill you, the students will. Well, seeing that I’m quite an impatient person, I didn’t pursue with that.
Since I’ve finished high school, there was plenty of time for me to decide where and what I want to be. Doctor, engineer, designer, musician, all these entered my mind at one time. Oh, I’ve never thought to be an accountant as I did really badly for my accounts paper in school.
Anyways, why in the end I picked computer science is because of one guy. I can still remember it vividly. He was the same age as me and as usual people were asking him the same questions as in what he plan to take. He said he didn’t know and one of them suggested that he took computers. As I heard it, I said “hmm… why not?”. The terrible thing is that I said it out loud where everyone heard me. This guy turned and looked at me, he said “computers are not for girls”. Just because of that one sentence and I took computer science just to prove him wrong. Sigh~ Yeah I know I was childish but if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be what I am today. LOL

Work, work, work and more work! That’s what I have been doing ever since my trip from KL. I have not stopped working. On one hand it’s good since it means money is coming in. On the other, well, it’s stress but I guess I can say it’s in a good way. Lots to do, lots to learn.
I’m already longing for a holiday although my last one was like a few weeks ago? (lol) Man, time sure flies. However, I’m trying to have a balance in everything. Work, life, family, relationship. Fuh! Lots to balance. (lol) So my next holiday mainly depends on my workload. If I am able to be a little more free during March, then I’m heading to KL. If not, I’ll be heading to Redang in June. If not, I’ll be heading to Vietnam in September. If not… erm.. erm.. well next year maybe? Oh oh… maybe to Langkawi to see some hot chef with my best friend (nudges Shaza).
Mom and dad has been great. Mom had 2 weeks off from work and we’ve spend rather a lot of time together. For those of you that know me well, I usually work in my room but since mom is on holiday, I work in the living room. Trying to kill two birds with one stone. (heh)
Relationship wise… well well… I’m not going to say much about this. (lol) We shall see what happens.
Enough updates for now. I hope everyone is as busy as I am and as “balance” as I am. (lol)
