Yesterday night was my first badminton session with the guys. Wow it was tiring. Just the warm up itself is good enough to take away all my stamina and that’s only sharing half a court. The guys were very friendly and helpful too. They helped me to improve my skill in playing which is good. And now, my arm is well…. it doesn’t hurt too badly. Just a little sore. But I felt great after the sweat. One of them played so hard til the string on their racket broke. LOL Good thing he has about 3 rackets. I think it’s not the first time for him which is why he’s all ready with his rackets.
I’m looking forward to play again soon. The place where we played is call “Twins Court”. Quite a nice place and they have so many courts. And majority are guys playing. I do see some girls playing, maybe about less than 15? Well I played with 6 guys so I guess you can figure out the ratio. If there are 15 girls there would be about 6×15 guys.
Well enough blogging about badminton. Here’s to a good health for everybody.
Cheers!

Introducing a new member of my family… DD.

DD, is a female puppy that is about 2 months old (I think). She is still a baby and requires company all the time. This can be a headache sometimes.

Whenever she sees your fingers and toes, she tends to run towards them and bite them. And I can say from experience that her biting does hurts.

Isn’t she cute?

A prove of how tiny she is that we can bath her in the kitchen sink.

Everybody knows I love technology, and I am a big fan of it. But there are some things which I’m quite old-school about. For example, I still scribble my to-do list on a piece of paper instead of typing it out on my laptop. The action of striking out one item at a time gives me a sense of achievement, a satisfaction that not even pressing the delete button on the laptop can give me.
Ever since my aunt gave me some old North Borneo stamps, I have been so addicted to it. I never fail to look at it at least once a day. I find that this hobby is beginning to die which is actually a pity seeing that it is actually quite a unique hobby. Why is it unique? Well, first of all, the stamps that are produced will no longer be in production. Therefore the value of the stamp is there.
Anyways, here are some shots of my stamps…

Do you think they look nice? I think they do.

Recently a package arrived for me and it happen to be the Danboard or better known as “Danbo” that I ordered 3 weeks ago. I was so excited to get my package but I had to wait for the next day since the postman left me a notice to pick it up the next day. During lunch today, I went to the Subang Jaya Post Office to collect my parcel. Meet my “Danbo”…

Then when we were having lunch nearby Sunway Pyramid today, we came across the “Optimouse Prime”. Yup I didn’t spell it wrongly. It’s basically a Mickey Mouse version of the Optimus Prime transformers. Here it is…

So now I have 2 extra friends to accompany while I work.
Cheers!

This is where I’m staying at the moment. It’s quite a nice place. The room offers an open glass shower concept which is suitable for couples.

I’ll blog more tonight when I get back from dinner.
